A PROFOUND OBSERVATION OF BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE

 

 

I observe the future retrospectively, because I believe that as we should not be frozen in the past we should not bury and withdraw the past experiences either, as both the bad and valuable experiences of the past can help us in achieving our future goals.

 

The age of competition in business seriously started from the second half of the20thcentury and within half of a century it was developed and expanded in the fields of industry, trading, services and creation of wealth sowidely that was entirely unprecedented during the human history. This period was mainly focusing on quality in production and services, as well as in prices and in-time delivery, thus it revealed the weaknesses and potentialities of organizations. But in the third millennium, all these factors which were once considered to be competitive privileges, became as one of the primary rights of the customers and was then generalized for the  public, and after that, the sound of ringing bells resonated the ending of the age of competition and the post-competitive age echoed loudly all over the world of business, announcing that with the thoughts of the age of competition, the satisfaction of the customers cannot be met even for a short period of time. Nowadays, whatgives power and potential capability to a company is not merely the quality of the products and services, but the credit which has been created by the company for the customers. The main axis of the post-competitive age in business is recognition and understanding of customers´ needs in products and services based on their concepts and thought, and not what businessmen would like to impose on the customers, even at low prices. At the present time, customers wish to possess and use things in which they trust. I am much pleased that our organization, since its establishment, has always honestly attempted to create beautiful memories in the minds of its customers, while paying special attention to the quality of products and services. We have always thoughtas if we were the customers themselves, so that we have managed to act according to their   needs and requirements. We have always attempted to remember the beautiful and memorable days of our customers. Based on such a thoughtful consideration, we are proud that we have been able not only to link the name of Hacoupian with beautiful memories in the minds of our fellow-countrymen, but   we have also succeeded in introducing such a trade name as a national symbol all over the world. Winning tens of international awards in different fields such as quality of products and services, technology, innovation, commercial  prestige and best trade name, indicates the fact that we have stabilized the name of Hacoupian as a national glory and honor all over the world, and such an important task has promoted  us to stand amongst the pioneers of clothing and art in an international level, to such an extent that today the sound of the post-competition age is being resonated loudly at Hacoupian  Organization. The requirements of this age have been stated in the Cultural Beliefs of our company and have been institutionalized in all the sections and departments of our organization.

 

In conclusion, the total results of the team-work of our collaborators in different divisions of our company have been summarized in a collection consisting of two different parts which have been introduced in our two separate catalogues of2011, namely formal classic and youths´ sport collection.
