What are the privileges of becoming a VIP client?
After receiving the VIP card, each of the customers can enjoy the following privileges which aim at strengthening the continued emotional relationship between the customers and the organization: • 20%discount cards up to a specified amount of purchase (maximum 2500.000 Rials for the cards of 2008) which are to be sent alternatively to the customers by mail. • A cash gift card on the occasion of the subscriber's birthday (250000 Rials for the year 2008) • Sending seasonal catalogues of Organization together with a gift card for purchasing trousers and shirts … • Greeting card for wedding anniversary • Greeting card for Norooz • Sending letters of notice about the Organization’s programs in customers satisfaction • Sending letters of invitation for special ceremonies such as opening of stores • Sending golden notebooks for customers with high purchase capacity
